Orders and Order Processing
Orders can be placed online, by phone or by fax.
We allow 1 to 2 business days to process an order. If an order is placed on Friday, it will not be processed until the following Monday.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will only be charged to orders shipped to addresses in Washington state.
Payment Options
We accept the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also accept checks (made out to Helix BioMedix) and money orders (U.S. funds only) that can be mailed with a printed order form to:

Returned checks for insufficient funds will be charged a $35 fee.
Promotional Codes
From time to time we will offer promotions that will use a code at the time of checkout. These codes do expire at a certain time and will not be honored after expiration date occurs. In order to use a code, please click on “Add a Coupon” in red under the subtotal in the shopping cart page. Once that is clicked on, then enter the code and click on “Update Cart”. Please email customerservice@apothederm.com for questions regarding codes.
Promotional Products
From time to time we will offer promotions that will be shipped automatically with orders and do not need to be added to the shopping cart. This product will be listed on the packing slip when your product arrives.

Shipping Information
Products will be shipped within 48 hours of order receipt. All packages are shipped via standard ground shipping, unless customer requests and pays for expedited shipping. We cannot ship via ground by carrier to P.O. boxes and will instead use priority mail via the U.S. Post Office.
Orders of $75 or more will qualify for free standard shipping. All orders under $75 will be charged $6.95 for standard shipping. Please contact Customer Service directly in order to expedite shipping.
We do not ship internationally at this time.
Canceling an Order
If you decide to cancel your order, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible at 877-496-0038. We will make every effort to accommodate you, but if an order has already been processed, you will need to go through the return process.
Return Policy
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your product, we will issue a refund for the product(s) ordered. We do not reimburse shipping charges. Returns are limited to one return per product or SKU. Please remember to include all the contents such as promotional items, accessories, and instruction manuals that came in the original order. If a product is returned, without a promotional item(s), the value of the promotional item will be deducted from the amount refunded.
Please contact Customer Service immediately if you received damaged products upon arrival of your order. Please do not discard damaged packaging or products as these must be returned to our facility for processing. Claims for shortages must be made within 5 days of receipt of the product.
Products must be returned by contacting Customer Service within 30 days of placing your order. Customer Service will provide a RGA number to write on the package before returning it. Return the package via prepaid and traceable method to ensure a safe and
documented delivery to us. We are not responsible for product lost or damaged in transit to warehouse. Once the product is returned to the Apothederm address, your refund will be processed for the amount of your initial product order, excluding shipping charges.
