  1. I had no idea that there are things one can do to hydrate the inside of one’s skin, as recommended by a dermatologist. I had no idea that a dermatologist would recommend such practical tips like drink green tea for you skin health. I’ve also heard that it’s hard to find a dermatologist that accepts many different types of insurance, I’ll have to look more into it though!

  2. I agree that it is important to wear sunscreen to prevent your skin from being damaged and dramatically aging. It could be a good idea to research which sunscreens are best that have the proper SPF levels and are less oily. Wearing sunscreen can not only prevent cancer but can also prevent wrinkles and spots from arising.

I completely agree that one of the best things that you can do for your skin and your body is to hydrate yourself as much as you can. Putting on lotion is great and all, but drinking water is something that can completely change the way your skin and body looks. I would imagine that we would all look like raisins if we didn’t drink water and we dried out.
